International<\/strong>, released its\u00a0<strong>preliminary Q2 2025 financial results<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>The recent report, covering the\u00a0<strong>three months ended June 30, 2025<\/strong>, reveals strong growth in total revenue, complementing the outstanding performance recorded during the\u00a0first quarter.<\/p>\n<h2>Q2 revenue and adjusted EBITDA record 6% year-over-year increase<\/h2>\n<p>Notably, in Q2, Allwyn posted\u00a0<strong>\u20ac2,27bn in total revenue<\/strong>, a figure that signals a\u00a0<strong>6% increase<\/strong>\u00a0when compared to the \u20ac2,15bn result from the corresponding period in 2024.<\/p>\n<p>Equally as important, the company&#8217;s\u00a0<strong>gross gaming revenue<\/strong>\u00a0(GGR) also increased year-over-year, according to the preliminary unaudited financial results.<\/p>\n<p>In Q2 last year, GGR halted at \u20ac2,06bn, while during the same period this year, it\u00a0<strong>increased by 6% to \u20ac2,19bn<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Net revenue during the latest trading period recorded an uptick of 6% too, hitting\u00a0<strong>\u20ac994m<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Adjusted EBITDA in Q2 last year halted at \u20ac340m, while during the second quarter this year, it increased by 6% to\u00a0<strong>\u20ac362<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Not unexpectedly, adjusted EBITDA margin also marked an uptick, increasing by 0.3p.p. to\u00a0<strong>36.4%<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>The release of the preliminary financial results comes after late in August, Allwyn bolstered its\u00a0senior-level team\u00a0with the appointment of\u00a0<strong>Kresimir Spajic<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Joining the company, the former Betfred executive was assigned to the strategic role of\u00a0<strong>CEO of Allwyn Digital<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<h2>The company is pleased with its Q2 performance<\/h2>\n<p><strong>Robert Chvatal<\/strong>, Allwyn&#8217;s CEO, shared his excitement about the latest financial results, Casino Guru News learned from a press release.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;<strong>I am very pleased to report another quarter of strong financial performance following our strong first quarter, reflecting continued successful execution of our growth strategies<\/strong>,&#8221; the executive said.<\/p>\n<p>Moreover, Chvatal pointed out: &#8220;Total Revenue increased 6% year-on-year in the second quarter on a reported basis, in line with our growth rate in the first quarter, and 9% year-on-year excluding a one-off benefit to GGR in the comparative period.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>Allwyn&#8217;s CEO further added: &#8220;We once again saw good top-line performance across our markets and products, with particularly strong growth of 14% year-on-year in the UK (on a constant currency basis and adjusted for the one-off benefit in the prior period).&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>Importantly, Chvatal recognized that this outstanding performance\u00a0<strong>reaffirms Allwyn&#8217;s growth in the digital vertical<\/strong>, while highlighting the dedication of the company&#8217;s teams to provide exceptional customer experiences.<\/p>\n<p>The executive welcomed Allwyn&#8217;s newest shareholder,\u00a0<strong>J&amp;T ARCH INVESTMENTS SICAV<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>The aforementioned company is a renowned qualified investor fund listed on the Prague Stock Exchange and it\u00a0<strong>obtained a 4.27% stake<\/strong>\u00a0in\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/casino.guru\/news\/gambling-industry\/allwyn-selects-naida-buljugic-for-global-chief-people-and-culture-officer-role-3456\">Allwyn<\/a>\u00a0back
